A basement and refurbishment project at 57 Alleyn Road delivered with Omni Form — structurally complex works in a tightly constrained residential setting.
Liongate prepared the Construction Phase Plan required under CDM 2015, recording the health and safety arrangements for the construction phase: site rules, key risks and their controls, welfare arrangements and emergency procedures.
Unlike council-requested plans, the CPP is a legal duty on every project — and a well-written one doubles as a practical handbook for how the site runs day to day.
