A residential development at 84 Markhouse Road delivered with Sofia Properties — a project Liongate supported on both logistics and highway condition.
Liongate carried out the pre-construction Road Condition Survey, producing a full photographic and written record of the surrounding roads and footways before works began — protecting the developer from claims for pre-existing damage and giving the council a clear baseline for reinstatement.
The survey was paired with the site’s Construction Logistics Plan, so the routes construction vehicles would actually use were documented from day one.
