A Delivery and Servicing Plan (DSP) is a document required by UK councils — particularly London boroughs — as a planning condition, setting out how deliveries, servicing and waste collections will be managed once a development is occupied. It covers delivery frequencies and timings, loading and unloading arrangements, refuse and recycling collections, and measures to reduce the impact of servicing traffic on the surrounding streets, such as consolidating deliveries and avoiding peak hours. PROJECT EXPERIENCE
In South London, our team at Liongate prepared the Delivery and Servicing Plan for the 151-157 Eardley Road scheme with Alozie Architects, as part of a wider package for Wandsworth Council that also included the site’s Construction Management Plan and Construction Environmental Management Plan.
Preparing the DSP alongside the construction-phase documents kept the delivery, servicing and waste collection arrangements consistent from build through to occupation — exactly the joined-up picture councils want to see when discharging conditions.
