A residential development delivered with ZETA Property on a tight corner plot where every vehicle movement had to be proven before the council would sign off.
Liongate prepared the Construction Management and Logistics Plan supported by a dedicated Vehicle Manoeuvrability Plan. Liongate-produced swept path drawings demonstrated ingress and egress for construction vehicles, proving they could enter, turn and leave the site safely without over-running footways or neighbouring accesses.
Pairing the management plan with accurate vehicle tracking drawings is often the fastest way to satisfy a highways condition — the plan explains the strategy, and the drawings prove it works on the ground.
