Liongate prepared the scheme’s pre-commencement package as one coordinated exercise. The Construction Traffic Management Plan sets out routing to and from the A14, delivery scheduling and site access; the Construction Environmental Management Plan adds the dust, noise and pollution-prevention controls the council expects; and the Construction Ecological Management Plan carries the ecologist’s recommendations through into day-to-day site practice.

Preparing the three documents together keeps them consistent — the same routes, the same hours, the same responsibilities — which is exactly what case officers want to see when discharging conditions.
