A residential scheme on land opposite 17 Hampton Close, involving demolition of existing structures followed by new construction on a quiet residential close.
Liongate prepared the Demolition and Construction Management and Logistics Plan, bringing both phases of the project into a single coordinated document: demolition methodology and sequencing, dust and noise controls, hoarding and site safety, vehicle movements and delivery management on narrow residential streets.
Combining the demolition and construction requirements in one well-structured plan kept the council’s review straightforward and helped the project move towards works on site without repeated rounds of comments.
