A new residential development at 151-157 Eardley Road designed by Alozie Architects — a scheme Liongate supported from construction phase through to how the completed building will be serviced.
Liongate delivered the scheme’s full reporting package: the Construction Management Plan and Construction Environmental Management Plan governing the build itself, and the Delivery and Servicing Plan setting out how deliveries, servicing and waste collections will operate once residents move in.
Because one team prepared all three documents, the arrangements stay consistent from build through to occupation — exactly the joined-up picture councils want when discharging conditions.
