Liongate prepared the Tree Protection Plan in line with BS 5837 — root protection areas, protective fencing and working restrictions — alongside the Demolition and Construction Management and Logistics Plan for the works themselves.
Protecting retained trees during demolition takes real coordination between the arboricultural drawings and the site logistics; preparing both together kept the scheme’s conditions moving as one package.
