A new clinic and kennels for the National Animal Welfare Trust, delivered with Drake and Partners Building Consultancy — demolition and construction on a site with very particular neighbours: the animals staying on site.
Liongate prepared the full pre-commencement package: the Construction Management Plan, the Demolition & Construction Environmental Management Plan, the Site Waste Management Plan and the dust risk documentation — keeping waste, environmental and dust controls consistent across one set of documents.
Handling the whole package together gave the council a single joined-up picture of how the site would be managed, from demolition through to completion.
